- How do we decide in groups?
- How can we make the most out of the enormous potential of collective group intelligence?
- How can we organize ourselves well and decide in a timely manner without losing ourselves in policy discussions?
Sociocracy is an organizational structure and a decision-making process for groups that can be used wherever people want to make things happen together and on equal terms.
This workshop offers a first impression and an opportunity to get an idea about sociocracy. With a few small exercises you will get a taste about how it feels to decide as a group in a circle and at the same time work effectively and appreciatively with each other.
The workshop is part of the GEN-Europe annual meeting and free of charge
